“Before i started my driving lessons with Della i was determine that i would never get back in the drivers seat of a manual car again. This was because when i started my driving lessons with my first instructor from the AA, he completely smashed my confidence in being able to drive a manual car. However, when i first messaged Della unaware of it she was manual or automatic, she was very polite and encouraging from the get go. Upon our first lesson Della was very positive, supportive and easy going. She makes you feel safe and when you do something wrong, she never once got annoyed and i did some stupid stuff…repeatedly. She will just ask why you did it, help you work on it and then tackle the next issue. If it was not for Della, her personality and her approach, i wouldn’t have passed in a manual and i would properly still be trying to get lessons in an automatic. I would advise and encourage anyone to have Della as an instructor because she truly is great and i cant say a bad word about her.”

“I had a very traumatic introduction to driving well before the legal years, so getting behind the wheel was a very long and scary experience for me. I lacked so much confidence and would be crippled by visions of the past. Then I met Phil. My first encounter with Phil was a 45 minute telephone conversation where I explained my story, within minutes I knew he would help me and help me conquer my fear.
It was a long road filled with many tears, panic attacks and self doubt, but not once did Phil loose hope or faith in me. Instead of controlling the situation he used his coaching technique which really helped me regain my confidence and loose my fear and allowed me to put the control back into my hands.
If you needed anymore convincing that this company, and Phil especially, are the team for you, I passed first time… With 0 faults! This from the girl who at the beginning had to get out of the car and sit on the pavement in tears after doing a standard emergency stop.
